My Christmas Wish
I really want to get a new digital SLR camera. With the baby about to be born, I would just love to have a high quality camera to capture sweet moments. All I have ever had is a point and shoot camera and I am just not getting the quality of pictures that I desire. I'll let you know if I get my wish.=)

That is what I have been begging for for, well...4 years. I really hope you get it this year, but you have to know, I will be just a little jealous. :)
that's my camera! I love it, but hoooo-boy was it expensive. you could also try a coolpix p80 for better photo quality without the price of an SLR. because the price you see is probably body only, then you have to get a lens, another $100-350. ouch.
This is the Nikon D40, so it is the lower end of the SLR, and good one to get started with. It does come with one lens. It is a wish...=)So we will see. What Nikon do you have?
